Ethics and Reporting Policy
Effective date: January 24, 2025
This Whistleblower Policy (“Policy”) outlines the principles and procedures through which LoveWorks Staffing, LLC DBA WORKS™ (“WORKS™”) receives, assesses, and investigates reports of alleged misconduct, irregularities, or breaches of policy. The purpose of this Policy is to safeguard the integrity, governance, and reputation of WORKS™ while encouraging employees, contractors, and stakeholders to report illegal activities, serious offenses, or other concerns in good faith without fear of retaliation. This Policy does not limit the rights of any individual under applicable laws or regulations and does not prevent direct communication with legal or regulatory authorities.
This Policy applies to employees, contractors, suppliers, shareholders, and other stakeholders, including individuals whose work-based relationship with WORKS™ has ended or is yet to begin. It also extends to colleagues, relatives, or entities associated with reporting individuals. WORKS™ encourages the reporting of breaches, including fraud, corruption, gross negligence, violations of data protection or confidentiality, harassment, safety violations, financial mismanagement, or any other acts that conflict with WORKS™ policies or procedures. Reports should contain relevant information, such as the nature of the breach, names of individuals involved, dates, and supporting evidence to facilitate proper investigation.
WORKS™ provides a secure and confidential process for whistleblowers to report concerns. Only designated personnel will have access to investigate submitted reports. The identity of whistleblowers will not be disclosed without their consent unless required by law. All parties involved, including reported individuals, are protected from unjustified adverse impacts. Reports may be submitted through the following channels: email at [email protected] mail at 5950 Hazeltine National Dr Suite 210 Orlando, FL 32822, or by arranging a physical meeting upon request. WORKS™ will acknowledge receipt of a report within seven days of submission. The report will be evaluated for validity and relevance. If deemed valid, an internal investigation will be conducted, and feedback will be provided to the whistleblower within ninety days, including any measures taken or referrals to authorities, as appropriate.
WORKS™ strictly prohibits retaliation against whistleblowers. Any threats, harassment, or adverse actions taken against individuals who report concerns in good faith will be addressed immediately. Whistleblowers are protected under this Policy and applicable laws. Designated personnel, including members of the Legal or Human Resources Departments, will handle reports with impartiality and confidentiality. Any breach of confidentiality or conflict of interest by responsible personnel will be treated as a serious violation and may result in disciplinary action.
This Policy will be reviewed annually or when significant regulatory changes occur to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
