This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, sharing, and protection of personal information by LoveWorks Staffing, LLC DBA WORKS™ (“WORKS™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of all personal information we handle in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected, used, stored, and shared by WORKS™ in the course of providing its services. This policy also acknowledges and agrees to adhere to state-specific privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), and the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). WORKS™ is committed to ensuring compliance wherever personal information is handled within the United States.

Types of Information We Collect

WORKS™ does not collect personal information such as name, Social Security Number (SSN), date of birth, address, driver’s license, passport information, banking details, or payroll data. Any sensitive data collected by our Virtual Assistance (VA) team members is done solely on behalf of our lender customers and is not retained or stored by WORKS™. We do not store such information in any database or system. WORKS™ strongly prefers that none of this information is ever retained by us to ensure privacy and compliance.

Collection and Use of Information

Personal information is collected directly from individuals, third-party service providers, or publicly available sources. This information is used to provide services including staffing, virtual assistance, and workforce management. We use this information to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensure data security and fraud prevention, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and improve our services and operations.

Sharing of Information

WORKS™ does not sell personal information. We do not share personal client information with any third party unless it is an interested party in a real estate transaction. In such cases, the information shared is limited to what is necessary for the transaction to proceed. In no other instance will personal client information be shared.

State-Specific Privacy Rights

WORKS™ acknowledges and agrees to comply with the privacy rights granted under state-specific laws. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of their personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, and the right to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), and Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), residents have similar rights including the right to access, correct, and delete personal information and opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. Under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), WORKS™ ensures notice and consent for the collection of biometric data and secures and retains such data only as long as necessary.

Federal Compliance Requirements

WORKS™ adheres to all applicable federal privacy laws including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), which protects medical information collected during benefits administration; the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), which ensures the confidentiality of financial information for clients in regulated industries; and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), which governs the use of consumer reports for employment and other purposes.

Data Security

WORKS™ implements technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. This includes encryption of sensitive data both in transit and at rest, regular vulnerability assessments and audits, access controls to ensure only authorized personnel can access data, and incident response protocols to promptly address potential breaches.

Retention of Information

WORKS™ retains personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Data that is no longer needed is securely deleted or anonymized in compliance with applicable regulations.
